Dell UltraSharp U3011 is getting ready to ship out to customers as pictures from a Chinese factory is showing boxes ready for delivery. According to the pictures the new monitor uses a S-IPS panel with 2560x1600 pixel resolution.
Dell UltraSharp U3011 will back up little brother U2711, which won the hearts of reviewers with its Super-IPS panel and brilliant colors. Beside a larger surface U3011 also has more pixels thanks to its 16:10 picture ratio and 2560 x 1600px effective resolution, unlike the 2560 x 1440 pixels of the 27" model.
Dell UltraSharp U3011 looks ready to ship out and do so with a design very similar to the sibling. The back of the monitor has a quartet of inputs; DisplayPort, HDMI, DVi and D-Sub. Details specifications and price was not revealed.
