We used something like that way back in school. That one is surely outdated by now, I'll try to find out what it was called, got to be a newer version around. It had support for all kinds of stuff, and you could define your own ICs if the ones you want to used werent listed.
I got a VIA chipset for my Athlon XP, how about that?? =)
I'm also looking for something. The most useful to date has been PCB123 (www.pcb123.com ?). I've got a few more links to check out: I'll let you know if something useful comes up.
