    HTPC CPU... AMD or Intel

buildin a basic HTPC, and wondering which to pick...
    AMD sempron 2500+ or Celeron D 315 (2.26)...
I want this thing as quiet as possible, and so I need to know which will run cooler...
OMG I sold my computer... Using my GFs. E4300 on a P5NSLI. NON E version. Yeah, that means it's the one that literally can't do a 10mhz OC. (9Mhz worked... for a while).

Celeron D weighs in at 73W (Intel's Thermal Design Wattage) which mean they'lll peak around 90W, at least.

Sempron weighs in at a max of 62W.
