Looking for decent digital camera

Getting pretty tired of not having a camera around so here goes.

After looking around I realize that I do not want any party camera, because I will break it or lose it, and I don't want to cheap out.

Sony DSC-H1 and Canon PowerShot S2 IS. They both cost about 4000SEk here, $400, which feels like enough even though I'm ready to pay more if its a very good camera.

Anyone with experience?
