Install XP on a IBM Thinkpad x21

Hello,

I have great troubles installing XP on a IBM thknikpad x21, it has no internal CD-ROM. I have an extern CD-ROM, connected via a PCMIA-card. But the boot-sequence in bios doesn't find it. So I can't boot the XP disc. The harddrive I have in it is blank.

Otherwise you need to fetch a few diskett images from Microsoft and boot from them and then install the CD-rom.
