Folder/drive properties in Win2k

I do the following:
Right click on any folder or drive in Explorer -> Select Properties in the menu -> and taaadaaa!.... nothing happens...

Anyone have a clue why? It is terribly annoying!

I have Win2k Pro SP3 and a number of Hotfixes (those bastards @ M$ haven't released SP4 in Swedish yet, only in English and German).

I've got that problem too once before! But I reinstalled windows instead of trying to fix it... Could it have something to do with any properties-changing-program?
