So i got some pics and specs there are 256mb/512mb versions of both this vgas the cooler is the new thing hope it works good

Interesting design, I think most would agree its better have the fan off-center than directly above the cooler, but then again it depends a lot on the layout and design of the heatsink. Could use a closer look
