So, not only have I sent theredhairball his CNPS9700NT this week, I've been doing a whole lot more, such as... Err... Well, no I haven't. But I've been overclocking a bit, and I've been through pretty much every platform in my room, including the i7 (which was boring and stopped at about 4.6GHz), FSB overclocking on an ASUS Commando, which sucked, since the CPU I was supposed to use was dead, a brand new E8600. It doesn't end there, yesterday elmor invited me over to overclock a Phenom II X4 940, which went so-so to say what you need to know. Today I was at his place and picked up a Rampage Extreme, thinking "ah-ha!" but the E8600 hadn't magically healed itself. I did the next best thing and whipped out my E6320, which actually seems to outclock a bunch of E8600's FSB-wise. Very Happy

Now, I know this ain't that special, it's mostly for fun, but I just love this CPU. It's coldbug is pretty neat too, around -130C. 2.35V VCore and somewhere between 2.6 and 3.0V VPLL yielded these results:

That's pretty much it, I suppose. If there's enough LN2 left tomorrow, I just might give the E7200 a go. No in real life pics since I forgot my camera at elmor's lab yesterday...

Also, thanks to Twelve for lending me his pot (I really gotta get myself a real one soon), Kinc and partly elmor for the Rampage Extreme, and elmor for inviting me to overclock some Phenom II yesterday. It wasn't that great, but I had fun. Smile

I thought I'd splash the last of my LN2 left on some 3DMark PB runs... I did it, with a pretty good margin. Smile
