Yea, nothing new really. Today I've made my clutch work properly by actually seating the wire as it should've been from the beginning.

Joking around with a largeass on the place i work, a real bully that thinks that he knows everything.
He's self-appointed expert on IT kindoff, but he knows little and nothing.
The firm is setting up a website which he's taken responsibility for, and consulted a friend of him to do the site.
What he didn't think of was to secure the domain and buy it, so i did instead..
It's a pity that i dont have the chance to see him when he is trying to lay out the site and when he sits and config our mailadresses..
I have asked him a couple of times the last 6 months, and he truly believes that he has bought the domain and that the site will be up and running in a few days.
Razz

I went in and configurated so all mail to all of us on the firm goes to his own hotmailadress instead, exept my own of course.
.
He mentioned something today to our boss about the problems to get the mail on the domain to work, i believe that my boss laughted very loud inside, because i told him that i'm the domainowner since a couple of days.
He suggested that i should keep the bully unaware and joke some more for the rest of the week.
Wink

Of course i will let go of the domain as soon as i think i'm finished with putting him in place. I dont need that domain anyway.

Better to prank him than punch him on the nose which i been close to do very often the last months.

Talked with the "bully" at work today about moving over the domain i bought in front of his nose..
That guy doesn't understand much, he still believes that he own that domain, even thou i showed him what happened when i went in to the damoinsite and whowed him the picture i had put there.
Rolling Eyes Confused
Thought he would understand the fact when he tried to get the mail working and not succeded, but no..
Rolling Eyes
Now i'm just waiting for his reaction when he's about to upload the site..

Anyway, been working all week and done overtime allmost every day, now i gonna get a shower and after that i will drive over to my woman and spend the weekend there.

Worked, finally got my act together and bought a new bicycle pump, misplaced the old one.

Bought some snacks as well. Time to wind down, tomorrow tacos at mom's.

After a hectic weekend where the Salvation Army kept me up and f*cked with my head all evening I finally decided to call the landlord and report them. It was a relief to get back to work where you are not force-fed religious songs through the floor.

Thinkin over an offer i got today..
My services for some days against a Polaris Storm 800cc (~145hp) -94... Dont know if i would like the gasbills so much, i believe that it would feel like i have a hole in the gastank driving such snowmobile.
Rolling Eyes
And how fun would it be if it does'nt get snowy this winter?

Looks like this, but thats not the one i got in mind:

The snowmobile i'm thinking of is an SKS and got doublesaddle and "backsupport"..

Said nuts to overclocking and took the motorcycle out for a well needed ride.

Just like that one... 2002 VFR 800cc V4 monster. I just realized though. I bought it in Sept of 07 with 11,921km on it. I'm about to roll over 48k! 36,000km in two years isn't that bad!

Impressive Smile

I've had a mixed day. The doctors appointment went OK I guess, but nothing new was said, just that we should wait and see what happens and if things still suck after a month I will get back to them.

Near the end of the day I had an encounter with one of the bosses and we nearly clashed. After talking things out we were still friends at the end of the day.

Sorry for wrong information, took a closer look on the snowmobile friday afternoon.. It was equiped with some higheffect tripple pipes and was 155HP+ the owner said..
Took me a closer look, and found out that the snowmobile was in very good shape, much better than i thought. Seems like i'm going to drive one of the fastest sledges in the village this winter.. Obviously it runs pretty fast in deep snow and powder too, and thats not a thing i will complain about.

Finally, the deal is done..
I now own a very nice looking Polaris Storm 800cc SKS from 1994..
Engine looks and spinns good too...Sounds nice with 3 cylinders and tripple pipes.
Smile
Just sitti'n waiting for the snow to fall, this will be a fun winter.
By the way, got my work at the garage secured today too.. Otherwise my employment there should have ended 14 october..

Gonna try to remember to take some pictures on the 800cc devil next time i meet him..

*Edit*
Been a little fooled, it was a 1994, not 1995.. Doesn't matter anyway, they look almost the same and the machine is in good shape anyhow.

Ordered a timing belt kit for the car. Debating doing the work myself...

http://www.vaglinks.com/Docs/Audi/B5/AudiWorld.com_Audi_A4_1.8T_Timing_Belt_Replacement_DIY.pdf (safe, pdf)

Looks like just about as much fun as configuring a windows server.

And then I need new snow tires, control arms, brakes, shocks (to go with my Eibach springs sitting in the garage), THEN I can add the new turbo, chip, injectors, blow off valve, and intake.

Done that before?
That model is a real challenge if you havent done something like that before, put it one tooth wrong and you got a worthless engine under the hood.
Keep your eyes on the marks very often so it hasn't slipped someway or somehow.
I do this a couple of times a week in my job on many different kind of cars, and i can honestly say that you can never be to much careful with beltdrive replacements.
If you are a little experienced i guess its 4-5 hours job in front of you, it takes a lot of time just to take away all the shit in the front before you get to the beltchange.
Good luck.

Yeah, I know it's a big job. But being unemployed, it doesn't leave me with much $$$ to throw at it.
