So, do you mind un-stickying the '04 thread then? I mean, since noone ever uses '04... _________________ Man, or woman, or both?

Well, that was not a straight 5000 point boost...
There was also 35Mhz increase on the FSB (X10 multi) which helped the ram at 3-3-3-4 aswell. Vid card was OC'd too. _________________ E6600 @ 3800Mhz | EVGA 680i | 2GB DDR2 PC8500 @ 550Mhz | 7800GT |Silverstone Zeus 750W| DD TDX 120mm waterloop |

Just a thought: if you'd run on a 975X platform you'd certainly gain a few points... _________________ Man, or woman, or both?

Small, preliminary update.
My rank had slipped from 5th down to 20th. Should be back to 15th with this, 1st run, on my new IRAM raid.
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm05=1139161
Run at "only" 3.65Ghz w/ stock vid card settings. Ram not tweaked.
I've successfully run 3Dmark06 at over 4Ghz, still stock vid/ crappy ram settings. It beat my old record.
EDIT: BTW, "SURPRISE! I got another IRAM drive!" _________________ E6600 @ 3800Mhz | EVGA 680i | 2GB DDR2 PC8500 @ 550Mhz | 7800GT |Silverstone Zeus 750W| DD TDX 120mm waterloop |

It's hot, as mentioned in the other thread. I'm considering handing the IRAM over to Marcus and Robert. _________________ Man, or woman, or both?
