Antec showed the unofficial successor to the Open Air case Skeleton at and that Skeleton Proto II has a lot in common with the Skeleton case is pretty obvious. It actually looks like Antec has taken two Skeleton cases and glued them together. Exactly what the result looks like is hard to say, but it's certainly not a case we would place in the middle of the living room. On the other hand, that was never the intention of the Skeleton series.
Antec Skeleton Proto II is just a design concept though and not supposed to launch, which may very well be for the best. It managed to catch the attention of many with his odd creation, but what the real successor will look like is yet to be seen.
