Thermaltake offers many different kinds of cooling solutions and they are not afraid of trying new things. Now that it has announced two new notebook coolers they need no more introduction than the name of product, Massive23. What may sound like a poorly chosen handle is in fact an implication of the large fan the cooler use. The fan measures 230mm and the two models comes with LEDs of different colors.
Massive23 CS is the top model made from aluminum and has a fan with six different lighting effects, but they can also be turned off if found annoying. The budget version Massive23 ST is limited to the color blue, but it can also be turned off. Massive23 ST is made from light ABS plastic to keep costs and weight down.
The coolers are geared toward demanding users where also notebooks have a tendency of running hot. Hardly something for the mobile office, but perhaps an alternative for the gamers and eager LAN visitors.
