PhotoFast G-Monster V3 1.8" 128GB offering 230/180MB/s

PhotoFast has launched a number of powerful Solid State Drive solutions lately and more are coming. PhotoFast has announced a really slim 1.8" drive that despite its meager size can store up to 128GB, with a 64MB DDR2 memory buffer. This is enough to offer some really impressive specifications with read and write speeds of 230MB/s and 180MB/s respectively.

PhotoFast G-Monster V3 use the microSATA-interface and is designed for ultramobile devices where space is limited. It remains without price at this point but will most likely appear at Computex next week.
