Area-51 ALX CFX is the latest and absolutely most extreme computer from PC builder Alienware. When AMD decided to unveil its new CrossFireX technology, Alienware decided to make the most of it and launch a new computer with four AMD GPUs working together, I.e. two Radeon HD 3870X2 cards. With support from Intel's fastest 45nm quad-core processor, water-cooled and overclocked to 4GHz, gamers should be in for a hell of a ride.

And you really don't have to worry about running out of space, even though some games needs almost up to two digits, since you can have up to 4 TeraBytes at your disposal. SuperTalent supplies the 1333MHz DDR3 memory (up to 4GB) and the motherboard is based on Intel's X38 chipset, which will supply the graphics cards with sufficient bandwidth.

Prices start at $5,149, but that won't get close to the above mentioned specifications. You need to add another $500 for two Radeon HD 3870X2, instead of two regular Radeon HD 3870, and the 4TB will run you another $1,340. If you're in the mood you can always throw in a 4x Dual Layer Blu-ray Burner ($325) and you will have a monster like no other.
