Just a little thread to discuss our favorite FPS games. Here are my personal favorites:

Counterstrike (1.5, not Source)
Battlefield 2 and 1942 series
Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2 (favorite of ALL TIME)

It has to be Battlefield 2, but only in infantry mode. When vehicles are allowed, it's quite unfair usually i.e. you get baseraped spwanraped and so on. Team play is also a big deal in BF2, and the weapons are very balanced.
Developer Dice is Swedish I heard, so a big hurray for these guys Worship

But the thing is: the game is that good, that they can afford to be arrogant. If the game wasn't, they'd be served off right from the start.

Not a bad game, but I would rather play something like lemmings at the time Wink

I play Battefield 2 quite a lot. Mostly in the chopper, I love chopper duels (seatswitching, i.e. only me in the chopper). I really hate it when I play on a server with good jets though, they kill a chopper in 1 second from nowhere Sad
