CoolerMaster has new power supply coming, one that has been certified with 80 Plus Gold. This branding is hard to come by today but it means that the power supply has an efficiency of at least 90% during regular load. Most power supplies with such high efficiency are often built for servers and workstations with higher demands for stability and power supply, but UCP-900W is going retail.

The power supply has three 12V rails that together can output 852W to processors and a number of graphics cards. Quad-SLI will be a problem according to CoolerMaster and perhaps even ASUS' latest creation Mars GTX 295 can be included in that statement (preview coming).

Just like ASUS' graphics card, CoolerMaster will show its new power supply at Computex and then we will perhaps learn more about the price and availability.
