Prolimatech has updated the powerful Megahalems cooler and launched revision B or the praised cooler. The big difference from the original model is some small changes in the cooler design like using scratch-proof fins on the top for maintaining the finish of the cooler. It has also bundled dual fan brackets together with two 120mm fans for optimal performance.
The other great news about Megahalems Rev. B is that it also supports the new Lynnfield, LGA1156, platform. The cooler ships with a new universal mounting kit that works with all three of Intel's processor platforms, 775, 1156 and 1366.
We will be looking closer at Megahalems in the near future so you can expect more information on this popular cooler in combination with the Lynnfield platform.
The price of the new model is expected to be on par with the previous model, but have not been able to confirm this yet.
