
AMD has released the first Catalyst driver for Radeon HD 5000 series and as the tenth driver of the year it has been dubbed Catalyst 9.10. The big news is the official WHQL support for AMD's new DirectX 11 generation of graphics cards and seen to functionality it has also added the new antialiasing technology Super Sample Anti-Aliasing for the Radeon HD 5800 series.
Catalyst 9.10 also supports the latest Ubuntu 9.10 distribution while also repairing a couple of bugs found in previous versions. More information on the new drivers at AMD's website.
