MSI building e-book reader from Tegra
Written by Andreas G 27 October 2009 12:29

E-books are becoming more and more common these days and after Amazon finally started shipping its Kindle reader to Europe maybe the market can start to grow over here as well. There more actors though and one of these is Micro-Star International, also known as MSI. It has revealed that it is working on an e-book reader based on NVIDIA's ARM CPU platform Tegra.

Exactly which model of Tegra MSI will use is uncertain and considering e-books generally only need to draw text and 2D images in black and white there is really no need for the most powerful solution NVIDIA has to offer.

MSI will present more details on its e-book reader next year as the unit has been delayed.
