3G is the third generation mobile phone network and it offers many advantages over the older NMT and GSM nets. Among others we have improved possibilities to send pictures to one another. If you take this one step further you could use this to spread pornography. That is at least what a group of women led by the prime minister's wife has done and made a petition where they want the new phone net banned since it has: "gravely negative consequences for social morality". The prime minister agreed and banned 3G to try and stop the decaying moral.
