AnyDVD HD is a new version of AnyDVD and as the name implies the great news is the support for HD material. We've previously reported about how people have been able to crack AACS by using the individual codes for the movies, but recently also a universal solution that will work with a single code and with both HD DVD and Blu-ray appeared. AnyDVD HD is also program, but more commercial, that allows users to work around DRM (in this case AACS) and makes it possible to play copy-protected material on systems lacking e.g. HDCP support. It will also make it possible to backup HD DVD movies and rework these if you want. The program costs $79, but there is a trial for those who are eager to try it out.
