G.Skill announces DDR3-1600 CL7-7-7-18
Written by Andreas G 14 September 2007 13:47

G.Skill has announced its addition to the DDR3 race with F3-12800CL7D-2GBHZ. This module comes with PC3-12800 rated speeds, meaning 1600 MHz, and CL7-7-7-18 timings. The 1 GB module is only available in kits of two modules and can be puchased at your regular G.Skill retailers soon. The module comes with a fairly high operating voltage of 1.9 V, the standard being 1.5 V, but nothing out of the ordinary if we compare to other modules capable of these speeds. Just like other overclocker modules from G.Skill these are covered by a lifetime warranty.
