Creative GigaWorks HD50 - loud and small
Written by Andreas G 09 January 2008 13:13

Creative has announced a new addition to the GigaWorks speaker series. Most people recognize GigaWorks for Creative's beefy surround systems, but GigaWorks HD50 is actually just a stereo setup. Creative gas set its sight on the users with limited desktop space, but still want a full experience, no matter if it's a computer or a portable MP3 player. The speakers are 14.1cm tall and have been equipped with 2" High Definition elements, which together with a Titanium Super Tweeter is suppose to offer a complete audio experience.

The broad compatibility is easy to notice as the speakers comes with an additional MP3 player input, which makes it possible to connect the speaker both to a computer and an MP3 player at the same time, without having to mess with the cables.

"GigaWorks HD50 speakers are designed to deliver truly ‘big’ sound in a remarkably small footprint, so users can enjoy all their music without compromising on quality or desktop area."

The new speakers are expected to cost €149 and appear later this month.
