Optimus Maximus from Art Lebedev studios is a keyboard like no other. It uses tiny OLED displays inside all keys and now that Maximus getting ready to ship, more and more companies are trying to create their own OLED keyboards. United Keys and Foxconn have teamed up to develop a new series of keyboards, which just like Optimus Maximus uses keys with OLED displays. The exact layout isn't final, but the picture they've posted shows 12 OLED keys, which should keep costs down but still offer some advantages.
We hope to see more of United Keys and Foxconn's creation soon, but until then you will have to settle for this mock-up.
"United Keys announces a strategic partnership with Foxconn to produce a ground-breaking keyboard for PC gaming, enabling high-volume orders and world-class quality."
