Optimus Maximus available on eBay; $1900 and climbing

Optimus Maximus is still missing in action and impossible to get a hold of for regular people. For those of you who can't wait longer, there are other ways of acquiring one of the first Optimus Maximus keyboards. The answer is of course eBay where all longed-for products appear before launch, at often outrageous prices. Right now there is an auction which ends in five days, February 4th, and the highest bid at this time is $1,900 USD. A lot more than the already terrifying retail price of $1564 USD.

The winning bid will most likely be a lot higher. Owning one of the first Optimus Maximus keyboard perhaps has some other value than money to it, but the cost is as much as a used car...
