The launch dates for the cards of the GeForce 9800 series remains a bit illusive as they are being moved back and forth all the time. Bad planning put it right in the middle of Chinese new year (semi-official excuse), but word is going around that the GeForce 9800 suffers/suffered from a similar bug to the one that delayed the GeForce 9600GT (non-official). This put the GeForce 9800 in a bad place, but several NVIDIA partners will have cards on display at CeBIT March 4-9. If you want to see Albatron's invitation you can head over to Hexus.net. You'll just have trust us that there are more partners planning to show off GeForce 9800.
