Foxconn BlackOPS is the next enthusiast motherboard from the newborn motherboard giant. Led by Peter Tan, also known as Shamino, the Foxconn Quantum Force program has had its successes and recruited some of the top benchmarkers (elmor and Hipro5 to mention a few) of the community. The Mars motherboard based on the P35 chipset from Intel was proven to be stable and was used to break new ground with Intel's 45nm quad-core processors.
The BlackOPS motherboard based on Intel's soon to be launched enthusiast chipset X48 was previewed at CES last month, but as Intel has postponed the launch, it's not available as of yet. That hasn't stopped Foxconn from sending out samples though, and already a couple of people have published benchmarks showing off the performance of the latest Quantum Force product.
Team Japan got their Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 up to 5967 MHz (13x459) and 7.797s in SuperPi 1M during some first quick tests with liquid nitrogen.

Finnish overclocker SF3D has also published some info on the BlackOPS and compares it to ASUS P5E3 WS Pro, a board which is quite popular among overclockers thanks to the extensive use of quality components. In his opinion, even though the Bios of the BlackOPS board is in a beta stage it still outperforms the P5E3 WS Pro.
