Acer, world's third largest PC builder, has shown very little interest in the video game market, if any. That's about to change though, because in an interview with BetaNews, senior VP James T. Wong, said that Acer is currently working on a video game based on open standards. Whether this means PC components in a video game system-like casing, or just DirectX or Open Gl compliant hardware, remains to be seen. Alas, other have tried to do the same and failed miserably.
