Various GT200 specifications and fake benchmarks have been circulating the web. Few of these have proven to have any real substance. The latest says that GT200 will sport 200 shader processors, a figure which is dividable by 8, but not 16, which is the size of the current shader clusters of the G8x/G9x cores. The same source also says that GT200 will sport a 512-bit crossbar bus. We're not sure if Crossbar is just a name or if it actually means a crossbar bus. The GPU is still slated for launch in Q3.
