A while back we reported about how AMD was going to breath new life into its 790FX chipset by pairing it with the new SB750 southbridge. The SB750 southbridge is suppose to offer features that will improve the overclockability of the current Phenom lineup. The reference motherboard code-named Hawkfish isn't exactly beautiful, but it does sport 4+1 phase PWM and should make it easier to break 3.0GHz with your new AMD quad-core processor.
The fellows over at Fudzilla has posted this picture;

Pretty much the same as the 790FX + SB600 combo, but hopefully a bit better on the overclocking department.
