GeForce 9900GTX is full-size, big cooler
Written by Andreas G 29 April 2008 19:15

If you hadn't already figured it out, GeForce 9900 GTX is going to be one big card. The core is going to be big, hot and power-consuming, and this of course comes at a price. The PCB is 10.5" (26.5cm) long and as high as they allow. It will require a dual-slot cooler to keep the 240W (TDP) chip at bay. VR-Zone also says the cooler is made by Cooler Master, but exact specifications for it remains in the dark.
