EVGA has officially announced its new overclocking tool called Precision. The tool is made in cooperation with RivaTuner developer Unwinder, but has a more direct approach. You basically have four graphs to the left showing GPU temperature, core clock, memory clock and shader clock. On the right there are four sliders where you can adjust core and shader frequency, linked or unlinked, memory frequency, and the fan speed. That's pretty much it, but on the other hand just what most people need.
