ThermalTake unveils new water cooling kit - PW850i Pro Water
Written by Andreas G 16 May 2008 13:54

Thermaltake has unveiled a new member of its internal water cooling kit family called PW850i Pro Water. The kit is capable of pumping 500 liters per hours and comes with a single 120mm Motorsports radiator which is kept cool by 120mm PWM fan (adjustable between 1300 - 2400RPM). The CPU block is made from pure copper and brazed for optimal performance, reliability and minimal leakage. It fits all modern CPU sockets from Intel and AMD, and use a quick and easy mounting system.

This is supposed to a key element with PW850i, the ease of installation. Everything you need is in the kit, but make sure that your case has a 120mm fan in the back or top of the case, otherwise you won't have anywhere to fit your radiator. The kit also uses what ThermalTake calls Dimple Dual Tube Technology (DDT, unfortunate abbreviation), which swirls the coolant within the radiator to maximize heat transfer.

You also get a 350cc water tank, special tubing, and Flow TX, beside the brazed copper CPU block, 120mm radiator with and 500l/h pump. There was no price available at the time of publishing.

More information can be found at the manufacturer's website.
