Windows XP Service Pack 3 was released a while back. Most reports have covered the new problems people have been experiencing, such as the never-ending boot loop on certain AMD systems. Over at Dragonsteelmods they decided to pitch Service Pack 3 against the preceding Service Pack 2 to see which of the two offer the best performance in a variety of tests. However, there doesn't seem to be any real measurable difference between the two. All benchmarks show practically identical results for both service packs.
