Antec Performance One Mini P180 is the second microATX case of the Performance One series, but it's substantially different from the first microATX case, P150. P150 was designed as a microATX case from the ground up and offers features that are not even available with the bigger models, while Mini P180 is instead a shrunk version of Performance One P182. This means two chambers, harddrive cages and advanced cable management to mention a few things. When we first saw the case we were a bit worried that this concept, which was conceived for the much larger ATX format, would become too crowded and lose its original appeal of a cool and quiet case. This is something we will investigate today.
"I talked to Antec and they were more than happy to send one over. The first thing that struck me was that Mini P180 is a lot smaller than I first thought. I didn't think you could shrink P182 this much. When looking at pictures from events and at Antec's website, it looks just slightly smaller than P182, but it's actually a lot smaller."
