Scythe has announced a new case fan series called Kaze Jyu. Kaze Jyu can also be found on the CPU cooler Shuriken and was originally designed to reduce the size of the CPU cooler. The fan measures a mere 100x100x12mm, which means it's about half as thick as your ordinary 120mm fan. It comes with a mounting a kit for cooling your harddrive, but it's mainly intended for those with crowded cases, e.g. the often small and narrow HTPC cases. Scythe has launched two models with different revolutions, one spinning at 1000RPM (14.5dBA) and one at 2000RPM (29.22dBA).
