Radeon HD 4850 and Nehalem benchmarked
Written by Andreas G 01 July 2008 22:58

The Taiwanese section of Tomshardware got their hands on an Intel Nehalem platform and decided to play a bit with it. The motherboard is based on the Intel X58 chipset and comes from Foxconn, dubed Renaissance. The Intel Bloomfield processor operates at 2.93GHz is most likely B0 revision, but we don't know that for sure since they put all effort on testing the graphics card, a Radeon HD 4850 from Gainward. You still get a glimpse of what Nehalem can do and the CPU scores of the benchmarks are quite remarkable.
