SuperTalent has informed us that the MasterDrive family has been updated with faster write speeds. The faster drives of the DX series using SLC NAND flash was previously reported to have a write speed of 70MB/s, but has now been upgraded to 80MB/s with the 15GB and 30GB models, and 100MB/s with the 60GB and 120GB models. Both the KX (1.8") and MX (2.5") MLC NAND flash models have been upgraded to 60MB/s with the lower capacity models and 80MB/s with the higher capacity models. All of the updated drives are available immediately.
