
Apple iPhone 3G has already been launched in several countries around Europe. Apple is aiming higher than just a few countries though, and the latest generation iPhone is supposed to become available in 70 countries in 2008. Apple earlier announced that on August 20, iPhone 3G will be released in another 20 countries. Media have have already figured out 17 of the 20 countries that will see iPhone on August 22. The biggest effort is made by Spanish telecom giant Telefonica, which will launch iPhone 3G in eight American countries; among them Argentina, Chile and Ecuador. There just no stopping Apple and the iPhone.
