Pioneer ends plasma TV production
Written by Andreas G 10 February 2009 21:20

Pioneer, established and well respected for its high-end plasma TVs, has decided to end its production of TVs. The reason is simply poor sales, which common among many companies, but is still surprising to see such an established brand as Pioneer to bring an end to its TVs. The decision isn't a total surprise since it decided to stop making panels last year, but now it all comes to an end. Sad and wen can only hope that some other company sees the opportunity to step up and and perhaps acquire.
