Microsoft's latest addition to the popular gaming accessory series SideWinder is a mouse called X8. Just like the precursor, SideWinder and SideWinder X5, the mouse is a hardcore gaming mouse. Thanks to the new BlueTrack technology, said to be superior to both regular optics and laser, SideWinder X8 boosts a maximal DPI of 4,000. At the same time BlueTrack will work just fine on almost any surface. The mouse is wireless, unlike the preceding model, but can be connected via a charge cable and you can continue gaming even if the battery runs out. The mouse is heading to stores now and you should expect a price around $100.
