Thermaltake Element G offers large fans, bunch of LED lights
Written by Andreas G 17 June 2009 20:26

Thermaltake continues its gaming oriented cases saga through its Element G case. Element G has many things in common with the test winner Element S with a side-mounted 230mm fan and red and black color theme. Though Thermaltake has revised both form and functionality of the new Element G and among other things it has seated a massive 200mm fan in the font of the case, and swapped the fan in the top for another 200mm model from the Touchcolor family.

The three largest fans of the case are part of Thermaltake's Touchcolor fan series and through a switch on the top of the case you can change between six different light effects.

Beside the three 200mm+ fans there is room for one 140mm TurboFan fans and rated at only 16dBA it is loudest of the bunch, which does seem promising for the overall audio experience.

The case houses ATX motherboards and has seven internal 3.5" slots and three external 5.25" slots. It weighs nearly 8kg and measures 480 x 230 x 521 mm. Price and availability will be revealed later on.
