The capacity of USB memories have increased fast and both Patriot Memory and Kingston have announced memories with 128GB capacity; Patriot Magnum and Kingston DataTraveler 200.
Patriot 128GB Magnum is rated at 210x read speed, which is equivalent to 31MB/s. No write speed was specified but it will probably take a while to fill a USB with 128GB. Kingston did not specify the speed, but did mention a price for the 128MB model: $546.
