Graphics card developer NVIDIA has released a new version of the GeForce graphics card driver, supporting cards all the way back to the 6 series, and NVIDIA's Ion platform. The new drivers contains the latest version of NVIDIA's PhysX software, v.9.09.0428. Other than that there is also support for Ambient Occlusion, which can be controlled through the NVIDIA control panel.
NVIDIA claims to have revised its CUDA support quite a lot. NVIDIA's Video Encoding Library, used by several video editing programs with GPU acceleration support, now also supports GeForce circuits with 32 cores and less.

There is also CUDA 2.2 support with the new drivers, which will improve overall performance in GPGPU applications. Also, performance with many game titles will improve with the latest drivers, among others Crysis: Warhead, Fallout 3 and Mirrors Edge.
