Danamics preparing second generation liquid metal cooler
Written by Andreas G 17 September 2009 18:13

Back in December last year we tested the world's first commercially available liquid metal cooler. Danamics LM-10 was hyped to the heavens, and even though it delivered performance on par with the best air coolers available, and even better when run without fans, it was very expensive and didn't quite managed to live up to the hype. Danamics never intended it to be available for long though, and only produced a limited number of coolers.

Since the launch of the first cooler LM-10, Danamics has been working on the successor and as far as we know it is still slated for this year, Q4 to be more precise. All we know is that the product is supposed to be better in every way; cooler, more efficient, cheaper and more beautiful (from a Scandinavian perspective). We hope to provide you with benchmarks and tests at the launch.

Danamics recently launched a new website, which provides more information than the old one. If you want to know more about the LM-10 successor you know where to turn in the future.
