piperockRenowned power supply maker Tagan has presented a new series of power supplies called PipeRock III. The new units uses heatpipe technology for optimized cooling, together with a 135mm fan.

Tagan PipeRock III will house four different models at 700 watt,  800 watt, 900 watt and 1 000 watt capacity. All four are certified 80 Plus Silver, which means over 85% efficiency even at high loads.

PipeRock III uses four separate 12V rails and uses heatpipes to get better control of the internal heat development. A temperature-controlled 135mm LED fan and modular cables are also listed among the specifications.

The entire Tagan PipeRock III series will become available in mid-August, but the 700 watt entry model is already available in stores.
